QRC Better Business facilitators bring to the learning platform an extensive background in New Zealand business including CEO experience, Commissioner roles, General Management, HR Management, Brand and Marketing Management, International Sales, Training, Governance, and Finance.

The QRC Better Business facilitation team is dynamic, relevant, memorable and engaging.

Our facilitators are experienced professionals who consistently promote high-energy and interesting discussions to keep participants engaged and are trained in using dynamic techniques for engaging and focusing groups.

    Fiona is the content, instructional design and delivery expert in Better Business and leads and coaches a team of highly skilled professional facilitators.

    Fiona has an extensive background in the design of training and professional development for businesses across New Zealand. Her experience crosses a wide range of business sectors; she is currently involved in governance roles in tourism and sport, and is a member of  the NZ Institute of Directors.

    Evan facilitates Take 5 and other business related courses

    Evan has a wealth of experience in business management, entrepreneurship and governance. He brings real life experience in leadership, marketing, and measuring  what matters in business. 

    Evan graduated from University of Auckland with an Engineering degree  and has recently completed a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship

    In between is an interesting career, and a wealth of business knowledge from working in tourism companies such as Kiwi Experience, and as a director for Kiwi Wilderness Walks, and Bottom Bus.   In a community space, Evan is a Trustee of the Bruce Grant Youth Trust.

    Murray is a fully accredited member of the NZ Institute of Directors and has an extensive business background. As well as facilitating the QRC Better Business  Take 5 leadership modules and Business Communication he is also a facilitator for the NZID, and TedX Speaker coach. Course participants constantly rate Murray's sessions as a highlight of the Take 5 series due to his pragmatic approach, and leadership expertise.

    Dan Roberts

    Dan is a serial entrepreneur who facilitates our Ambassador programme, Take 5 and other bespoke courses for clients.

    Dan is a graduate from Auckland University with degrees in economics, finance, management and environmental economics. He has a strong background in tourism after setting up European bus tours, Kiwi Experience, and from there became interested in digital business tools such as booking systems, web design and social media.

    Dan is kept up to date with new business thinking with the Southern Lakes Business Incubator he set up in Queenstown, is a NZ Ski Ambassador, and CEO and Director of a number of companies.

    Director, Business Owner, Producer

    Trent Yeo

    Trent facilitates our Cultural Intelligence workshops, and brings an international perspective to cultural awareness and diversity.

    Trent is a director and founder of ZipTrek, is the chapter manager of TeDx Queenstown, and producer of Destination prpgrammes aimed at the Chinese visitor market.

    • Trent is currently Director of Ziptrek Ecotours
    • Trent holds a Bachelor of Architecture and has an extensive background in education for sustainability
    • Trent holds a PhD form the ‘University of Life’ with specialties including world travel, social media and cultural diversity
