Head of School
Harvey Bourne directs the overall leadership, management and academic development of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Harvey has an extensive background in teaching and working in the Tourism industry. Prior to joining QRC, Harvey was the Programme Director for Catering, Hospitality, Tourism and Travel at Massey University. Harvey is a fully qualified chef and his career highlights include four years as Executive Chef at New Zealandís Government House.
Rachel Senior is responsible for the Operations of QRC. Her key role is Pastoral Care of all students. Rachel is the epitome of discretion and has the appropriate training and support networks to manage any situation with regards to a studentís welfare. Rachel has been involved in Education for 24 years in both New Zealand and Europe. This depth of experience gives her a maturity and wisdom that adds immense value to the support network of QRC.
