    Sir Eion Edgar

    A former Chancellor of the University of Otago, Sir Eion Edgar is known throughout New Zealand for his outstanding contributions to New Zealand education, business, arts and sport. Eion has served as Chancellor of the University of Otago in Dunedin and has been closely associated with this University for 23 years. Eion is Chairman of Forsyth Barr Group Ltd, New Zealand's largest locally owned sharebroking firm. His deep involvement with sport includes the Presidency of New Zealand Soccer Incorporated and the Presidency of the New Zealand Olympic Committee.

    Named New Zealander of the Year in 2004

    In 1996 Eion received the Companion of New Zealand Order of Merit and in 2003 he was awarded the Distinguished Companion of New Zealand Order of Merit. He holds numerous directorships and was recognised as the National Business Review's "New Zealander of the Year" in February 2004. Eion was made an Honorary Doctor of Laws by the University of Otago in 2003 following his service as Chancellor at the University. Eion lives in Queenstown.

    Mark Taylor

    Mark undertakes the functions of Chief Executive of a large Family Office, Prospect Investment Management Limited, and practices as a consultant with the chartered accounting firm WHK in Queenstown. Mark has been a Director of Queenstown Resort College Ltd since its foundation in 2006.

    He is also a Director of a number of other companies both in Queenstown and nationally.

    Alan J McKenzie

    Alan is a Dunedin based business adviser with over 34 years experience as a Chartered Accountant working in New Zealand and overseas, in both Public Practice and Industry. He has worked with numerous businesses ranging from new ventures requiring day to day input, to substantial multi-national companies. His focus is advising clients regarding structuring business investment, financing, and related taxation issues. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a director of several client owned businesses and investment groups, operating within New Zealand and Internationally. He is a Trustee for several private
    family groups and local Charitable Organisations.

    Alan is married to Cecilie, and they have two adult daughters, Sharon & Leigh. His other interests include classic cars, recreational mountain biking, and travel.

    Tony Hill

    Tony Hill is a Queenstown businessman and director who has been an integral part of the local community for more than 30 years. Tony was closely involved in the start up of the College in providing an owners representative role for the fitout during construction. He has a wide experience in the New Zealand tourism and hospitality industry having fulfilled senior management positions during his 25 years in this sector. Besides being a Board member of QRC his governance experience extends to Chairman of Lakes Environmental Ltd., Wakatipu PHO and Executive Director of the Halberg Trust and the Lakes District Air Rescue Trust.
