Located on the 4th floor of QRC House and only minutes walk from the town centre and most hotels, our Executive Suite combines both luxury and style. 

Overlooking the town centre, boasting expansive and breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains the Lounge is modern and comfortable. 

The Executive Suite has full catering facilities. In the summer the Lounge and balcony are ideal for either pre function registration or post function cocktails while during the cooler months guests can choose to relax beside the warmth of an open fire in comfort.

The Common Room @ QRC located on the ground floor is also licenced and available for diners or special occasions.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite provides a range of options for your meeting requirements:

• Boardroom (seats 20)
• Classroom (seats 25)
• Breakout room (seats 8)
• Hospitality demonstration suite (seats 20)
• Executive lounge and balcony

The executive lounge includes a small reference library, computer and daily newspapers. The lounge can be used for cocktail functions, morning and afternoon teas or combined with the hospitality demonstration suite, for evening dining.
